To make bookings, access your account statements, sign you child in and out and see what your child gets up to while at CCC you will need an Xplor account.

If you need to add bookings, or need to let us know that your child will be absent, please do so through the app.

Pick up and Drop off

Drop-Off

The before school care drop-off spot is the Melody St gate.

When dropping off your child to before school care, you will need to speak to the educator at the gate to confirm that you have signed your child in.

You will need the Xplor app to sign your child in and out of the service, so it is important to always bring your phone to the gate.

Do not leave your child unattended at the gate before speaking to an educator, as we need to be made aware of your child as soon as they are on-site.

Pick-Up

The after school care pick-up spot is the Byron St gate.

When picking up your child, you must come to the gate. We cannot drop children to your car, nor allow them to walk to the car by themselves or with a sibling.

When picking up your child for the first time, you will be asked at the gate for ID to confirm your details match with the booking you have made. After some time at CCC, the educators at the gate will start to recognise you and you won’t be asked to identify yourself as often.

If you have arranged for someone else to pick-up your child, you will need to send an email to info@coogeecarecentre.org.au with the details of the pick-up and the full name of the person picking up. If you fail to do so and are unable to be contacted, we cannot release your child from our service.

If another adult regularly picks up your child, please add them to your child’s pick-up list on the Xplor app to avoid emailing us every time this occurs.
